This two-section unit balances generous pan capacity with a chilled base, helping chefs and operators keep ingredients organized and within reach.
Stage fresh toppings in the top rail’s twelve 1/6 pans (4-inch deep, 6-inch max pan depth) and assemble orders on the 10-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board. Two solid hinged doors open to a 13.66 cu. ft. refrigerated base with two adjustable shelves for backups and bulk items, while stainless steel interior and exterior work surfaces support daily cleaning routines.
A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains performance, and hot gas condensate removal reduces manual upkeep. Four 6-inch casters (two with brakes) simplify mobility for lineup changes or cleaning access. Plug-and-play ins
