Engineered for fast-paced prep lines, the Hoshizaki SR48B-18M Steelheart mega top sandwich / salad prep table boosts workflow by positioning ingredients and cutting space exactly where you need them. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system supports a two-section, 13.66 cu. ft. base for reliable cold storage under the rail. Durable stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use in demanding commercial kitchens.
Organize up to eighteen 1/6-size pans on the top rail and cut directly on the included 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene board. A full set of adapter bars is provided to fine-tune your pan layout for sandwich lines, salad stations, and made-to-order programs. Keep backups and bulk ingredients in the cabinet while maintaining quick access during peak service.
