Keep prep moving during rushes with the Hoshizaki SR48B-18MD2, a 48-inch Steelheart mega top sandwich / salad prep table designed to organize ingredients and streamline make lines. The two-section layout pairs a hinged door and adjustable shelf with two refrigerated drawers, while the top rail arrives with eighteen 1/6-size pans, 4 inches deep. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system simplifies placement and service.
Stage and assemble salads, subs, and wraps on the 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board. Adapter bars are included for flexible pan layouts, and the drawers and top rail accept pans up to 6 inches deep for batch-prepped ingredients. Use the door section and adjustable shelf to hold backup product and bulky containers.
