Streamline mise en place and service with the Hoshizaki SR48B-18MD4 Steelheart Series mega top sandwich / salad prep table. This 48-inch, two-section refrigerator combines a drawer base with a pan rail to keep ingredients organized and cold within reach. Four drawers accommodate up to 6-inch-deep pans in the base and top rail, preserving workflow from prep to line.
The unit ships with eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and a full set of adapter bars, so you can configure the top to match your menu. A 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board and a hinged stainless top cover support clean, efficient prep and presentation.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and hot gas condensate removal to reduce maintenance. Durable stainless steel inside and out plus 6-inch casters (two with brakes) simplify cleaning and mobility across busy kitchens.
