Product Description
Prepare and stage fresh ingredients with the Hoshizaki SR48B-8 Steelheart sandwich top refrigerator. The 48" two-section design keeps eight 1/6-size pans within easy reach on the top rail while a 10" deep cutting board supports efficient assembly of sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
Maintain workflow with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and hot gas condensate removal that streamlines condensate management. Two solid hinged doors open to a stainless steel cabinet with two adjustable shelves for backup product and pans.
Roll into place on 6" casters, then lock the brakes during peak service. Durable stainless steel surfaces and a hinged top cover support daily cleaning and presentation in delis, cafes, and high-volume lines.
