Product Description
Keep your cold prep moving with the Hoshizaki SR60B-12 sandwich top refrigerator. The 60-inch, two-section cabinet offers 14.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage to support busy service. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration preserves workspace at the front of the unit.
Stage ingredients in the top rail using the included twelve 1/6-size pans (4" deep), with capacity for up to 6" pan depth. Slice, spread, and assemble on the 10" deep, 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, then reload from below using two adjustable shelves behind solid doors. Ideal as a sandwich / salad prep table on the cookline or in commissaries.
Count on stainless steel inside and out for durability and easy cleaning. Hot gas condensate removal simplifies upkeep during long shifts. Move easily on 6" casters (two with brakes) while efficient R290 refrigeration and a 1/3 HP compressor deliver reliable performance via a NEMA 5-15P plug.
