Accelerate make-line production with the Hoshizaki SR60B-12M, a Steelheart mega top sandwich/salad prep table built for busy kitchens. Its 60-inch footprint and 14.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage keep ingredients organized and within reach. The rear-mounted, self-contained system preserves cold holding while keeping the front clear for assembly.
Stage and build orders efficiently using the included twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep) in the top rail and the full set of adapter bars. A 10" deep, 1/2"-thick white polyethylene cutting board creates a sturdy, sanitary work surface for salads, subs, and wraps. Two solid doors with adjustable shelves store backup product to reduce trips to the walk-in.
