The Hoshizaki SR60B-24M Steelheart Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table streamlines make lines in busy commercial kitchens. At 60 inches wide with a two-section, 14.8 cu. ft. reach-in base, it keeps bulk product and garnishes organized and close at hand. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with hot gas condensate removal supports smooth, low-maintenance operation.
Outfit your station fast with the included top-rail setup: 24 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep) with a 6-inch maximum pan depth, a 10-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board, and a full set of adapter bars. Two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves help stage backups for peak periods and off-menu specials.
