Optimize fast-paced prep lines with the Hoshizaki SR60B-24MD2 Steelheart mega top sandwich / salad prep table. This 60-inch, two-section unit stages ingredients up top while storing backups below, helping chefs and operators move smoothly from prep to plate during peak service. A rear-mounted, self-contained system keeps refrigeration out of the work zone to support efficient workflow.
Organize your mise en place with the included 24 sixth-size pans (4" deep) and a full set of adapter bars; the top rail accepts pans up to 6" deep for menu flexibility. Prep and portion on the 10" deep, 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, then access backups via a combination of one solid hinged door with an adjustable shelf and two drawers.
Built for daily use, the SR60B-24MD2 features a stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, hot gas condensate removal, and four 6" casters (two with brakes) for easy cleaning and repositioning. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant
