The Hoshizaki Steelheart Series SR60B-24MD4 mega top refrigerator helps crews move faster through busy service. This two-section, 60-inch unit combines four drawers with a spacious top rail supplied with twenty-four 1/6 pans for streamlined mise en place. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system supports reliable performance, while the hinged top cover protects ingredients between rushes.
Build salads and sandwiches confidently on the 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board. The full set of adapter bars lets you tailor pan configurations, and a 6-inch maximum pan depth across the drawers and top rail accommodates varied menus. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front stand up to heavy use and wipe down quickly.
Four 6-inch casters, including two with brakes, make repositioning and cleaning simple, and the NEMA 5-15P plug allows quick setup. Hot gas condensate removal minimizes manual maintenance, and R290 refrigeran
