Boost your line speed and consistency with the Hoshizaki Steelheart SR72B-12, a 72-inch sandwich top refrigerator built for demanding service. Its three-section, reach-in base and hinged top cover keep ingredients organized and within arm’s reach for make-to-order stations, delis, and cafeterias. Durable stainless steel inside and out supports rigorous, all-day use.
Stage, prep, and serve from the integrated 10-inch cutting board while holding (12) 1/6-size pans at food-safe temperatures on the top rail. The refrigerated base with adjustable shelving provides quick access to backups, minimizing restock trips during lunch rushes and high-volume periods.
A self-contained, rear-mounted system with R290 refrigerant and hot gas condensate removal simplifies maintenance and improves efficiency. Four 6-inch casters, including two with brakes, let chefs and facility managers position or clean around the unit without disrupting workflow.
