At 72 inches wide with a three-section reach-in base, it stages proteins, produce, and condiments within easy reach of the 10-inch cutting board. Chefs and operators can assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps quickly while keeping backup stock organized below.
Load the included 18 sixth-size pans (4-inch deep) and reconfigure layouts with the full set of adapter bars; the top rail accepts pans up to 6 inches deep. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 and a 1/3 HP compressor supports dependable performance without crowding your workflow.
A stainless steel interior and exterior front and sides withstand daily use in busy kitchens, and three solid hinged doors secure cold storage.
