Product Description
Streamline line service with the Hoshizaki Steelheart Series SR72B-24M, a three-section mega top sandwich / salad prep table built for high-volume mise en place. The 72-inch-wide worktop arrives with 24 included 1/6-size pans (4" deep) and a full set of adapter bars, so you can organize toppings, sauces, and proteins to match your menu. A 10" deep, 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board creates a sturdy prep and plating zone.
Maintain product access and backup storage with three solid hinged doors and three adjustable shelves in the 21.25 cu. ft. refrigerated base. The stainless steel interior and stainless front, sides, and hinged top cover stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor supports dependable performance.
