Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration and 21.25 cu. ft. of base storage keep ingredients cold and accessible through busy services.
Configure the top rail with the included 30 sixth-size pans (4" deep), and use the full set of adapter bars to tailor your layout. Work efficiently on the 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board while assembling salads, sandwiches, and garnish sets.
Durable stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front and sides with a hinged top cover stand up to daily demand.
