The expansive top accommodates the included thirty 1/6-size, 4" deep pans, while a 10" x 1/2" white polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, sanitary prep surface. Build salads, subs, and wraps quickly during peak service without breaking stride.
Maximize workflow with two solid hinged doors, two drawers, and two adjustable shelves that stage bulk product and backups. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and hot gas condensate removal helps maintain performance while simplifying maintenance. Roll the unit into place on 6" casters, then lock two brakes to hold steady on the line.
