Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration keeps product cold and accessible so chefs and operators can assemble orders efficiently during peak periods.
Balance storage and speed with a smart layout: one solid hinged door with an adjustable shelf plus four drawers. The unit arrives ready for production with thirty 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep), a 10-inch-deep by 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board, and a full set of adapter bars. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and hinged top cover support daily sanitation and durability.
