Drive high-volume sandwich and salad production with the Hoshizaki Steelheart SR72B-30MD6 mega top sandwich / salad prep table. This three-section, 72-inch unit organizes (30) included 1/6 pans across the top rail while six drawers stage backup ingredients below. A 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene board provides a sturdy, easy-clean prep surface for rapid assembly.
Streamline workflow with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system using R290 and hot gas condensate removal. The top hinged cover closes over the rail during off-peak periods, and a full set of adapter bars lets you reconfigure your pan layout as menus change. Four 6-inch casters, two with brakes, allow you to reposition the station and lock it in place on the line.
