The Hoshizaki UF27B-D2 streamlines cold storage at the workstation, bringing 7.2 cubic feet of capacity right under the counter. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain consistent performance while keeping the front area clear for busy prep tasks. Two stainless steel drawers accept 6-inch-deep pans, letting chefs stage proteins, pastry components, or garnishes for fast service.
Enhance workflow on the line or behind the bar with quick, drawer-based access to frozen mise en place. Roll it into place on 4-inch casters, then lock the brakes for stable operation and easy cleaning around the unit. Durable stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use, while hot gas condensate removal and R290 refrigerant support efficient, low-touch operation with simple plug-in installation via NEMA 5-15P.
