Maximize cold storage at the line with the Hoshizaki Steelheart Series UF27B undercounter freezer. Its 27" width and 7.21 cu. ft. reach-in capacity tuck neatly beneath worktops to keep ingredients within arm’s reach. Stainless steel inside and out stands up to rigorous daily use.
A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system delivers dependable performance, while hot gas condensate removal helps reduce routine maintenance. The one-section layout with a solid hinged door supports frequent access during peak service. An adjustable shelf lets you organize items by height for efficient pulls and replenishment.
Four 4" stem casters, two with brakes, allow quick repositioning for cleaning or service access. ENERGY STAR® performance and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support efficient operation. A NEMA 5-15P connection and 1/5 HP compressor round out a compact, hardworking solution for prep stations, bars, and satellite service areas.
