The Hoshizaki UF48B-D4 Steelheart Series undercounter freezer streamlines cold storage at the point of prep. Its two-section, 48-inch footprint with four stainless steel drawers keeps proteins, sauces, and desserts organized for quick access on busy lines. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system preserves workspace clearance while delivering dependable performance.
Stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top withstand high-volume use and wipe down quickly between turns. Four 4-inch casters let staff roll the unit for station resets or floor care. Hot gas condensate removal manages defrost water internally.
Ideal for restaurants, hotels, and institutions, this reach-in design supports mise en place, batch-prepped items, and backup fry product within arm’s reach.
