Keep frozen ingredients within arm’s reach on the line with the Hoshizaki Steelheart UF48B-LP, a 48-inch, two-section reach-in undercounter freezer. Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration streamlines installation and keeps service access clear. Two solid doors open to organized storage that supports tight workflows during rush periods.
Built for heavy use, the stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top stand up to busy kitchens. Two adjustable shelves let you configure space for sheet pans, proteins, or desserts. Hot gas condensate removal is integrated for efficient operation.
Roll the unit into place on 2-1/4-inch stem casters and secure it with two brakes at the prep line or bar. A 1/3 HP system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powers freezing performance. ADA compliant design and an included NEMA 5-15P cord support straightforward integration across kitchens, bars, and cafés.
