This two-section, 48-inch unit delivers 12.0 cubic feet of organized capacity in a compact footprint, built with stainless steel inside and out for daily commercial use. Position it under prep tables to keep frequently used ingredients within arm’s reach.
Speed up lines and prep with four stainless steel drawers that accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, helping crews stage proteins, sauces, and mise en place for rush periods. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration protects the working face while simplifying installation, and hot gas condensate removal minimizes manual maintenance.
Roll the cabinet into place on four stem casters, then lock two brakes to hold steady during service. An efficient R290 hydrocarbon system and a 1/3 HP compressor provide reliable cold performance for busy kitchens, commissaries, and foodservice operations.
