Keep frozen ingredients within arm’s reach with the Hoshizaki UF60B-01 Steelheart undercounter freezer. This 60-inch, two-section reach-in tucks under standard counters while delivering 15.27 cu. ft. of organized capacity.
A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system pairs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. Hot gas condensate removal helps minimize manual condensate management in busy kitchens.
Built for daily demand, the stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top support rigorous back-of-house use and wipe down quickly. Two solid hinged doors with a cylinder lock secure product, while two adjustable shelves adapt to boxes, pans, and prep batches. Four 4-inch stem casters, two with brakes, let you re-position the unit for cleaning or service.
