Organize bulk proteins, doughs, or prep items behind two solid hinged doors with two adjustable shelves to match changing menus. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top stand up to daily kitchen traffic. Hot gas condensate removal manages moisture for dependable operation.
Roll it into place on 2-1/4 inch stem casters, then lock two brakes to hold during peak service. Powered by R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system, this unit supports consistent performance on the cookline, at the bar, or in satellite stations. ADA compliant and certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it’s built for professional foodservice environments.
