This two-section, 60-inch, 15.1 cu. ft. unit tucks beneath worktops to keep ingredients within immediate reach. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 and is ENERGY STAR certified to support efficient operation.
Secure inventory with two solid, locking doors and organize products on two adjustable shelves. A stainless steel interior and stainless front, sides, and top withstand rigorous cleaning and daily use. Hot gas condensate removal reduces drain needs and routine maintenance.
Roll the unit into place on 2-1/4-inch stem casters, then engage two brakes for steady service at prep stations, chef’s lines, or satellite bars. ADA compliant construction integrates smoothly into accessible layouts. Ideal for staging garnishes, holding par-frozen proteins, or backing up dessert service during rush periods.
