Streamline your cookline with the Hoshizaki ULR60B-D4 Steelheart Series undercounter refrigerator. This 60-inch, two-section reach-in delivers 17.22 cu. ft. of organized cold storage beneath the counter, keeping mise en place and backup ingredients within arm’s reach. Four drawers each accommodate two 12" x 10" x 6" pans (pans not included) to speed plating and prep.
A self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and sets up easily with a simple plug-in connection. The drawer configuration helps chefs and operators access high-use items without disrupting workflow on a busy line.
A stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top stand up to heavy daily use and wipe down quickly. Mobility is built in with 4-inch stem casters (two with brakes) for effortless cleaning and layout changes, while cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support compliance for professional kitchens.
