This two-section reach-in pairs a reversible solid hinged door with two drawers, keeping mise en place, backups, and garnishes organized at station. Configure on the fly with two adjustable shelves and drawers that each accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans by others). A self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system simplifies service access and helps maintain airflow in tight lines. Chefs and operators can stage prep, batch sauces, or hold bar fruit at the point of use.
Built for daily demand, the stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top resist wear and clean quickly. Four 4-inch stem casters—two with brakes—let you roll for sanitation and lock during service. R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system deliver dependable cold for prep station
