Equip tight prep lines and ADA-height counters with the Hoshizaki Steelheart Series UR27B-LP undercounter refrigerator. At 27 inches wide with 7.21 cu. ft. of storage, it tucks neatly beneath worktables to keep ingredients within arm’s reach. A self-contained, rear-mounted system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is ENERGY STAR certified to help curb energy use.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, & top withstand heavy traffic and frequent cleaning. A solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf let you organize pans, containers, and backups without slowing the line. Four 2.25-inch stem casters, two with brakes, make it easy to roll out for sanitation and lock in place for service.
Ideal for cooklines, bars, and service stations, this reach-in one-section unit streamlines plating and restocking. It is ADA compliant and listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for professional kitchens. Use it to hold garnishes
