Streamline cold holding on the line with the Hoshizaki Steelheart UR36B undercounter refrigerator. At 36 inches wide and 9.9 cubic feet, it’s designed for undercounter placement to keep ingredients within arm’s reach at prep stations, bars, and service counters. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system simplifies installation and helps direct exhaust away from busy work areas.
Durable stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top stand up to daily rushes and wipe down quickly. A solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf organize backups, garnishes, and pans for fast service. Four 4-inch stem casters, two with brakes, make it easy to position, lock in place, and roll for cleaning.
ENERGY STAR certification, ETL-Sanitation, and cETLus listings support compliance across commercial kitchens. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP refrigeration system, the UR36B delivers dependable cold storage for high-turn stations.
