Built with a stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, it withstands daily use and cleans easily. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor for reliable performance. Four 4-inch stem casters, two with brakes, let you roll it for cleaning or lock it in place during service.
