Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Hoshizaki Valiance Series VR2A-FS is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that streamlines cold storage and access. With 42.45 cu. ft. of capacity, it stages bulk ingredients, prepared pans, and backup items exactly where your staff needs them. Full stainless door and bright LED light support quick visual checks during service.
Dial in your layout with (6) adjustable shelves that adapt to changing menus, prep styles, and container sizes. A rear-ducted air-flow design helps move air throughout the cabinet, supporting even product placement from top to bottom. Operators can stage items for the line, keep produce ready in prep areas, or hold banquet components for plating.
Mobility comes standard with (4) 4" casters, including (2) with brakes for steady loading. The R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant pairs with ENERGY STAR® performance, and the unit plugs into a standard outlet via cord & NEMA 5-15P. Simple 115v/60/1-ph, 3.5-amp power
