The Hoshizaki VUF27A Valiance Series undercounter freezer packs 6.33 cu. ft. of storage into a 27-inch footprint, putting frozen ingredients within easy reach. Slide it beneath prep tables or onto the cookline to stage backups for fry, grill, or pastry stations. Chefs and operators streamline service with organized, point-of-use storage.
A self-closing door and dedicated air flow design support reliable performance during busy periods. Two adjustable shelves let you configure space for pans, boxes, and containers. Keep appetizers, desserts, or small-batch mise en place close to the action.
Four 4-inch casters (two with brakes) make cleaning and repositioning straightforward. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P for quick setup. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and carries ENERGY STAR certification.
