This two-section, 48-inch unit pairs a durable stainless work surface with frozen storage, helping chefs stage ingredients and plate with confidence. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system keeps components accessible while maintaining a clean profile at the front.
Organize 13.66 cubic feet of capacity behind two solid hinged doors, using two adjustable shelves to fit boxes, pans, and packaged product. The stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top stand up to busy service and wipe down quickly between shifts.
Move the unit for cleaning or service with four 6-inch stem casters, then lock it in place using the brakes. Hot gas condensate removal streamlines maintenance, while eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor deliver dependable cold storage. A cord with NEMA 5-15P plug makes installation straightforward in most commercial kitchens.
