This two-section, reach-in unit features a 60-inch stainless steel top built for daily production. Behind two solid doors, you’ll find 15.1 cu. ft. of organized storage ready for the rush.
Arrange product on two adjustable shelves to fit boxes, pans, or containers as menus change. Hot gas condensate removal manages moisture, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system support consistent holding. Four 6-inch stem casters, including two with brakes, make repositioning and cleaning straightforward.
