Speed up line changes and inventory rotation using two solid hinged doors and four adjustable shelves that adapt to pans, boxes, and odd-shaped ingredients. A stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top withstand heavy use while simplifying sanitation. 6-inch stem casters, including two with brakes, let you reposition the unit for cleaning or layout changes.
