A self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system helps streamline service access and frees the cabinet front for busy aisles. Two solid hinged doors open to four adjustable shelves, letting chefs configure space for proteins, doughs, desserts, or pans and boxes.
Roll it into place on 6-inch stem casters and lock it down with brakes for a steady workspace. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top stand up to heavy use, while R290 refrigerant, a 1/2 HP compressor, and ENERGY STAR certification support performance in demanding commercial kitchens. A NEMA 5-15P plug simplifies installation.
