This 48-inch, one-section reach-in unit combines 11.78 cu. ft. of cold storage with a durable stainless work surface, streamlining your line layout. A self-contained, side-mounted system keeps product temperatures steady while simplifying service access.
Two drawers organize high-volume mise en place; each accommodates two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans by others) for quick swaps between dayparts. Stainless steel inside and out speeds wipe-downs and stands up to heavy daily use. Hot gas condensate removal reduces manual maintenance around the clock.
Position the cabinet effortlessly on six 6" stem casters, then lock three brakes for rock-solid stability. Powered by an efficient 1/5 HP system using R290 refrigerant, it supports busy cooklines, cafeterias, and catering operations. Use it as a compact prep base to keep key ingredients within arm’s reach.
