The two-section, 60-inch-wide design pairs chilled storage with a stainless work surface to maximize space and speed service. It features side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration suited for tight kitchens.
Stage mise en place in four drawers; each drawer accommodates (1) 12" x 10" x 6" deep and (2) 1/4 pans (pans by others). A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top support sanitation during daily use. The 17.22 cu. ft. capacity serves line stations, satellite prep, and catering operations.
Position the unit on 6-inch stem casters, then lock it with two brakes. Hot gas condensate removal, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a 1/5 HP compressor complete a practical, service-ready build. A cord with NEMA 5-15P enables quick plug-in installation across kitchens and facilities.
