This two-section, 67-inch unit combines a durable stainless steel work surface with 19.97 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage to streamline prep and service. Keep essential ingredients organized and within reach to speed tickets during peak hours.
Configure storage to match your menu. A reversible solid hinged door with two adjustable shelves handles bulk items, while two drawers each accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included). Set it at a sandwich station, sauté line, or pastry bench to stage proteins, produce, and garnishes efficiently.
The self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor for reliable performance. Hot gas condensate removal reduces manual upkeep, and four 6-inch stem casters (two with brakes) make repositioning and cleaning fast and safe.
