Stock pans, garnishes, and mise en place behind two solid hinged doors, and fine-tune storage with two adjustable shelves per section. Stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily cleaning and heavy commercial use, maintaining a professional look on the cookline.
Roll the unit into place on 6-inch stem casters and lock it securely with the integrated brakes. Hot gas condensate removal and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant pair with ENERGY STAR certification to support efficient, low-touch operation in restaurants, cafeterias, and catering facilities.
