This three-section, 93-inch reach-in provides 30.17 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage directly under your prep area to speed plating and keep ingredients close. A self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system places cold where you need it with straightforward installation.
Outfit your station with two reversible solid hinged doors, each with two adjustable shelves, for bulk containers and daily backups. Two refrigerated drawers each accommodate two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans by others), ideal for high-turn items on the grill, sauté, or salad line. The mixed door-and-drawer layout supports flexible workflows and quick access during service.
