The Hoshizaki Steelheart WLR93B worktop refrigerator maximizes cold storage and prep space across a 93-inch, three-section layout. With 30.17 cu. ft. of capacity, it organizes ingredients for sandwich lines, sauté stations, or salad assembly while keeping product within arm’s reach.
A self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and hot gas condensate removal to support efficient operation. ENERGY STAR certification helps reduce energy consumption in high-volume kitchens and facility environments.
Built for daily service, this unit features a stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, plus three solid hinged doors. Two adjustable shelves per section adapt to changing menus, and six 6-inch stem casters (three with brakes) let you reposition or lock the unit to suit your workflow. A cord with NEMA 5-15P simplifies installation.
