Boost prep-line efficiency with a two-section worktop refrigerator that blends quick-access drawers and reliable reach-in storage. The Hoshizaki WR48B-D2 positions chilled ingredients right where you work, with a stainless steel top built to handle the pace of busy kitchens.
Stage high-turn items in the two drawers while reserving bulk or tall containers behind the single door on the adjustable shelf. Four 6-inch stem casters, including two with brakes, let you roll the unit for cleaning or lock it in place during service.
A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system simplifies setup and helps maintain consistent performance. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, hot gas condensate removal, and a 1/5 HP refrigeration system support day-to-day reliability. Plug-and-play operation is enabled by the factory-installed cord with NEMA 5-15P.
