Its self-contained, rear-mounted system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor to deliver efficient performance. ENERGY STAR certification helps reduce utility costs without sacrificing capacity.
Keep ingredients within arm’s reach for prep, cookline, or garde manger service. Two solid hinged doors with cylinder locks secure contents, while two adjustable shelves let you organize product as needs change.
Built with a stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top, this unit stands up to daily kitchen traffic and wipes down quickly. Four 6-inch stem casters, two with brakes, make it easy to reposition for cleaning or lock in place for loading. A standard NEMA 5-15P plug streamlines installation.
