Stage proteins, produce, and garnishes in 15.1 cu. ft. of refrigerated space while the rear-mounted, self-contained system maintains consistent performance with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Hot gas condensate removal helps reduce maintenance during busy service.
Roll the cabinet into place on four 6-inch stem casters and lock two brakes for stability during prep. The drawer configuration speeds access on the line and supports efficient workflows for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
