Optimize your line with the Hoshizaki WR72B-01 worktop refrigerator. This three-section, 72-inch model provides 21.25 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage beneath a stainless work surface. Keep ingredients close at hand to accelerate plating and prep during peak service.
Organize and stage using three solid hinged doors, adjustable shelves, and cylinder locks that safeguard contents. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration maintains cold holding while freeing up the front workspace. Roll the cabinet into position on 6" stem casters, then set the brakes to lock your station in place.
Hot gas condensate removal reduces maintenance, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and ENERGY STAR certification support efficient operation. The all-stainless interior and exterior front, sides, and top withstand daily cleaning in high-volume kitchens. ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listings meet common code requirements.
