The Hoshizaki WR72B Steelheart Series worktop refrigerator streamlines cold storage at the prep line. Its 72-inch, three-section layout delivers 18.27 cubic feet of organized capacity while keeping ingredients within reach. A self-contained rear-mounted system simplifies placement and service.
Equip sandwich, salad, or saute stations with three solid doors and adjustable shelves to stage pans, backups, and bulk items. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces stand up to daily use and clean quickly to support tight turns. Four 6-inch stem casters (two with brakes) make it easy to roll for cleaning or reconfigure your line.
Designed for efficient operation, this ENERGY STAR unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. Hot gas condensate removal helps manage moisture. It supports smooth workflow across busy kitchens, from prep to plating.
