Built for high-demand service, the Elevation Series™ modular cube ice maker produces approximately 313 lb of full-size cubes per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 244 lb at 90°/70°. It pairs an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with a compact 22" W footprint that suits standard equipment layouts. Dual exhaust top/side air discharge offers top or side ventilation to fit a range of installation scenarios.
For day-to-day operation, PURE ICE® built in antimicrobial protection, an LED status display, and one touch sanitize/descaling controls support straightforward, repeatable maintenance routines. Dishwasher safe food zone components allow thorough cleaning with standard warewashing processes. The unit uses R290 refrigerant and is cULus, NSF, and CE listed, with a BPA Free design for confidence in beverage and foodservice applications.
