The Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser and dual exhaust top/side air discharge, and is built as a modular unit. Measuring 30" W, it produces approximately 435 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 320 lb at 90°/70°. These production rates reflect operation at the stated ambient air and water temperatures.
It outputs half-size cubes and incorporates PURE ICE® built-in antimicrobial protection. An LED status display and one touch sanitize/descaling controls provide system feedback and one-touch sanitation and descaling functions. Dual exhaust top/side air discharge supports installation with either top or side airflow paths.
Dishwasher safe food zone components allow cleaning in standard dishwashers between shifts. The unit uses R290 refrigerant, carries cULus, NSF, and CE listings, and is ENERGY STAR® and BPA Free.
