The Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air‑cooled, self‑contained condenser with top air discharge in a 30‑inch‑wide format. It produces approximately 525 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and about 400 lb at 90°/70°, delivering half‑size cubes. As part of the Elevation Series, it uses R290 refrigerant.
An LED status display supports quick monitoring, while one‑touch sanitize and descaling controls make routine care straightforward. Dishwasher‑safe food zone components enable fast cleaning during daily service. Energy needs are supported by R290 refrigerant and ENERGY STAR certification, with cULus, NSF, and CE listings.
